Bodyscapes, developed between San Paolo (BR) and Torino on January and September 2012 and realized in Torino at Festival La Piattaforma, is an articulation of the macro project Add Up.
This performance shows several aspects of the relationship between man and architecture, between social identity and construction of meaning in the use of the public space. The urban feature with its physical, emotional and intellectual impact on people is the core of our research. Words, Dances and body movements strictly in interaction with the projected video images, aim to reproduce urban geometries, fluxes and architectural shapes that are the expression of the life in the cities that we investigated during the previous research. Add Up - Torino Bodyscapes looks for a poetical dimension of the urban life showing the intimacy of the social space.
